            I HEREBY IRREVOCABLY OFFER to purchase the above-mentioned Caravan, accessories and optional extras indicated herein (hereinafter called "the Caravan") for the sum payable on delivery as set out below.

            THIS OFFER IS MADE TO YOU STRICTLY on the following terms and conditions and statement and not otherwise -

            1. I have examined the Caravan as described and make this offer relying solely on my own judgment and not upon any statement or representative inducements of holding out which may have been made to me by you or any other person on your behalf.

            2. This Contract of Sale IS / IS NOT (delete one) subject to finance of $................ Being obtained by me before  …../ ….. / …..  to complete the purchase

            3. That by taking of delivery of the caravan shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the caravan is in good order and condition and is of merchantable quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which I have received it.

            4. I acknowledge that this is a binding Contract of Sale and that all deposits payable under the contract are non-refundable.

            5. That the net trade-in allowance referred to shall where the caravan is not available for inspection at the date of this contract be subject to inspection and approval by the staff of Bedggoods Motor Group

            6. That this Contract sets out all the terms and conditions of this sale and any promise, condition, representation or warranty relating to or leading up to this transaction which is not set out or specifically referred to herein but which may been made by Bedggoods Motor Group or any person on its behalf.

            7. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she will be liable for any G.S.T. tax payable by Bedggoods Motor Group pursuant to the Goods and Services Tax Act 1999 that arises as a result of this sale.

            8. I acknowledge that the final payment due under the Contract is to be made by me by way of DIRECT DEPOSIT please note credit card payment over $2000 will incur a 2% fee.

            9. The Purchaser of the caravan takes full responsibility to ensure the tow vehicle is legally capable of towing the caravan.
